Discounted rental option. We are looking for a male roommate preferably. Would be sharing with two other males in a quiet home of just 3 people total. Month to month or with a 6 month commitment the last month would only be $300.

Fully furnished bedroom: It has a comfortable new bed that is a year old. It also has a night table, a dresser, and a bench with storage in and a nice sized closet. Pillows and bedding provided if needed as well.

The rent is $600, and the Damage Deposit $450.

Be free of any cat allergy. There is a 13 year old loveable sleepy and friendly cat. Non-smokers only (vape too) please and no drug use.
