I am looking for a roommate for a private bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a shared washroom, living room, kitchen, as well as backyard. No parking available. Bus stop is just at the end of driveway to complex (Route 22). Routes 201 and 12 within 10 minute walk. No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart across the street.

I’m a working healthcare professional in my 40’s. Very quiet and easygoing. Prefer no pets. I appreciate cleanliness.
