This apartment is fully furnished and comes with WiFi and Cable, which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Premium, and Spotify. Hydro is also included with the rent . Also It is pests and rodent free. It is about 2 minutes away from the bus stop, 7 minutes away from York University, 5 minutes away from Pioneer Village bus station, 5 minutes away from the malls, has a plaza downstairs (grocery/pharmacy), and a park close by. No Smoking, No Parties, No Pets, as the apartment is shared. Also no Beef or Pork in the apartment (This is non- negotiable). Apartment is currently being occupied by one person. The person is from an East Indian Background, but born in the Caribbean, and also religious. The person is working and has a very active lifestyle, very responsible, friendly and respect other people’s boundaries. Always keep the house clean and organized all the time. Room is only available for short term rental only (3 to 6 months).
