Ground floor suite in an older house, low ceiling in the shower & entrance to laundry room. Rent is all inclusive, laundry in building, everyone else who lives in the house (separate suits) get along and occasionally hang out. Laundry shared with 2 other people, kitchen/bathroom/livingroom only shared with myself. Very nice back yard that’s great for socializing.

I’m in my early 40’s, very quiet and fairly tidy. I like drawing and panting, I belong to Cloudscape (comic publishing non-profit) and Vancouver Pen Club. I’m an avid cyclist will always help you fix a flat tire.
