The location is 13 minutes drive to Nisku and airport, 17 minutes drive to Leduc and 25 minutes drive to Edmonton downtown or Sherwood Park!

Tidy and quiet are the basic requirements. Renter has to be a working professional, responsible and polite. For keeping everything clear and simple, the renter has to be an independent adult, who can make serious decisions for themselves without unpredictable changes by someone else’s influence later on ( such as wife, ex-wife, girlfriend, parents or aunts etc.). Cloud recording surveillance cameras monitor 24 hours in common areas such as the main entrance, kitchen and hallways to be sure of the safety as well.

NO smoker, vaper, No drug or marijuana user, No pets keeper.

Owner is a Christian, and wants to keep a quiet, tidy and peaceful environment.

The room has big windows and its own closets, about 120 SQF. Share the bathroom with another room. A VERY quiet place. $650/mo. Professional only.Utility, high-speed internet, power, heating are included. A bed, desk and chair can be available on request. 2-10 minutes driving or 10-19 minutes walking to shopping malls, several shopping malls around. There are post offices, banks, grocery stores, dollar stores, coffee stores, Mcdonald etc around. .39,49,347 bus stops around. 15 minutes bus ride to the central park. Enough parking space along the street around the house. Text the phone number on ads or email only, no phone calls. Room is available when the ad is on.

Single working people or student. Being tidy, clean, polite, and quiet is my guarantee to the renter, and I expect the same from them as well. It will be a must. No parties, no drugs, including cannabis, no smoking, no pets!
