Msater has a private washroom and bath, 2 bedrooms share one bathroom. Modern Kitchen with kitchen island w/ S/S App. Full gym on site, party room, internet lounge, (Parking is available in and outside of building for extra, first come). Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Hood Fan. Microwave, Stacker Washer And Dryer . 24/7 concierge security.

Only COOL, CLEAN, TIDY, RESPECTFUL people with jobs apply. Absolutely no Partying, or live-in boyfriend or girlfriends. Internet and Utilities are split, Approx $90 per month extra.

The current people are moving out in March, so it will be all new individuals, however i rent to clean and tidy professionals who do not Smoke or Party. Prefer someone who does not work from home. Students are welcome but must be respectful and have guarantor as this is a 12 month lease minimum.

This is a 2 year old condo, There is a sofa and tables in living room, an island in kitchen for eating. Blinds throughout the house, there are no locks on the doors as it is a modern condo with sliding doors, so a background check will be mandatory.

You must bring your own cutlery and pots. Internet is split between 3 people as is utilities. Master Bedroom has a queen bed included, 2nd room also have possibility of adding a bed with a queen mattress. Thank you for your consideration.
