I am looking to sublet my furnished room starting preferably February 1st or sooner in a 2-bedroom apartment that I share with my roommate, who is a working and in there 20s.
The apartment is ideally located on Bay and College close to both TMU and UofT. With close proximity to Farmboy, LCBO, Dollarama and more! The nearest Streetcar station is just downstairs, and the closest subway station (College) is across the street.
You’ll have access to a gym, a Terrance, party room, bbq, and beautiful balcony. The apartment is also equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and air conditioning/heating.
The price is $1400, with hydro and wifi being around $60 a month, everything else is included.
