More about me: I am a young female professional working in the non-profit field. My office is 15 minutes away from home, but I work hybrid. During my free time, I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and form part of the tennis club just down the road from the house. I am not a party person and prefer someone who is quiet and does not like to have different people over constantly. However, I do like to have friends over around once a month or less and like to plan ahead and communicate this to my roommate. All common areas must be as clean as possible at all times.
