This home has a full fenced in yard Garage for storage and full basement. I am a single female working full time who would welcome a roommate at the same opportunity. Quiet friendly roommate needed. I have lived here’s for 11yrs now. Private backyard I do not have pets. Kitchen and laundry area would be shared; as well as, main living space. Clean would be great. The home is located near most local grocery and retail areas. Transportation is available.. I would drive for work if needed.. Do not want or appreciate heavy drugs in my home. I really need someone who has much respect.
