Hi!..I’m looking to fill one room in a beautiful heritage home in the Annex/Yorkville area. Available starting January 1st, this cozy private bedroom has an ensuite washroom. Perfect for students and located in the heart of the Annex with a 5-minute walk to the University of Toronto and St. George subway train station. The room is already fully furnished less the bed (a fold-out couch is available).
 Asking $1,750 per month. Price includes: All Utilities, entry, laundry, and internet Wi-Fi with a 6-month lease (negotiable) / first and last. / Proof of employment & credit report.

Bedroom

The bedroom measures 14 feet by 10 feet and includes three closets that are about 3 feet wide and 10 feet. There is a dedicated washer right outside the room.

For the property, it is a heritage semi-detached Victorian home. The unit is large and on the second floor accessible by stairs. There is a parking spot available for an extra price if needed.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything including a dishwasher. The living room has an L-shaped couch, with a 50-inch TV with Rogers cable Internet.

My preference is for a non-smoker with no pets allowed. I would take care of all the utility bills and have a lease that would remain in my name. We would simply sign a roommate agreement paying me directly.

About the roomie

I have a pretty busy schedule with film, travel a decent amount with work, and would love to have a cheerful and easy-going roomie to maintain a relaxing household. The Location

The neighborhood is central, surrounded by multimillion-dollar homes and a park one block away. Two minutes away is a Whole Foods grocery, banks, and other retail shopping are conveniently located.

Income or Funding References

I need to verify some sort of income or funding, and I’d ask for the last-month’s rent as a deposit. In addition, I would require three references – two from school and one from work. Feel free to reach out any questions!
