Rent for Jan would only be 416.66, and 833.33/month thereafter. Located near major bus routes, and amenities as well as a 15 min bus to SMU and Dal. Rent includes hot water. Internet, and power are shared between tenants. Heat is included in the power bill. Dishwasher and in suite laundry are included. There is space for parking for 1 vehicle however there is also ample street parking as well.
