About the room
This is a renovated basement unit. We are looking for someone clean and professional to share the house with. You will have the entire basement which is completely private with your own kitchen, bathroom, room. We can do furnished. The basement is very very clean and all appliance are brand new. I have a video available that shows exactly how the unit looks now. Since we have 2 kids (daughters), looking for female roomies only.
We work from home and have 2 kids that are somewhat well….kids.
The plan is for us to (later this summer) build a separate entrance from the side door which is completely private.
No smoking no pets sorry 😔 Parking spot and internet included.
Ideal for a young professional or student.
