About the room
The house: Basement suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garden, shed & storage. Essential appliances are available (oven, fridge, washer, dryer, rice cooker, bread machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dehumidifier, but no dishwasher).
Your bedroom: Furnished with a mattress, bed frame, nightstand, shelving unit, desk chair, and standing desk (the current furniture is different than what’s shown in the first picture, will update soon).
The location: Kitsilano, 15 min from UBC campus (by bus), 2 min walk from W Broadway (many restaurants, grocery stores, shops), 15 min from the beach, and 5 min drive from the Pacific Spirit Regional Park. Street parking is available (no permit required).
About the roomies
You’ll share the place with Matthieu (36M), mechanical engineer (in training), and Mina (27F), graduate student at UBC. We’re looking for someone who can stay at least 6 months, preferably a student. We can clear the space in the bedroom if you wish to bring your own furniture.
