I’m renting one private bedroom from a two bedroom apartment for short term (2 - 6 month) period. Available from February 1st.

Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with one person (the original rent holder)

• Located close to Markham Rd & 401 Hwy, 3 minutes to bus stop, very close to Centennial Collage, 20 minutes walk to Scarborough Town Center
• Water, Electricity, and internet is included.
• Everything for living is available (Kitchen appliance, dishes and pots, Iron and ironing board, Hair Dryer, working out tools, …)
• Parking would be extra for $75 per month
• It’s suitable for short term rent but longer time is negotiable.

There will be one person who will be in the second room who is the original rent holder (me) I’m an easy going guy 54 years old, single, business owner who usually are busy with my clients. I’m above average clean, social and has been living with housemates most of my life.
