I have three rooms I rent out. Two of them are downstairs, are fairly large and are less than a year old as I just renovated. There is also a brand new bathroom with stand up shower in the basement.

Washer and dryer available for your use in the basement area.

One bedroom on the main floor and a full size washroom on the main floor as well.

Large back yard and deck. Pool and hot tub available seasonally.

Large kitchen fully functional.

Two beautifully furnished living rooms with large TV, DVD players, fully furnished.

Ample parking. Close to downtown Arnprior. I maintain a bedroom there, but am very seldom there. Please, no smoking of any substance in the house.

Currently I have two roomies renting, but they are both moving end of January, so I will have three rooms available. I would appreciate individuals with a solid work history, who can show me pay stubs etc. First and last months rent would be due on move in, and I would like 30-60 days notice of moving. It will be a month to month agreement so no requirement to sign a long term lease.

I am a 68 year old retired military veteran. I spend most winters in Florida, so you will have the house to yourselves from November-May. I’m around occasionally during the summer months, but away more than I’m there. I am friendly, easy going, and I hate drama !!!
