The location: The building is located on Yates/Ormond St, across the street from Central Middle School. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk to downtown Vic, 15 minute walk to Fernwood and 5 minute walk to Rockland. Bus stop is located right outside the building.

The space: 1043 SQ.FT with 7’11“ ceiling height, pet-friendly, well cared for unit in a quiet building. Large closet space, in-suite laundry & dryer, shared storage locker, secure bike room, available covered parking space. (I mostly bike). Space for plants on the enclosed balcony and gardening plots are also available on the building’s property. Your bedroom and your 3 pc bathroom will be unfurnished and freshly painted in a clean, crisp white. Although the rest of the space is mostly furnished - I will be happy to combine my furniture & art pieces with yours in order to create the space we both enjoy and feel comfortable in.

Pets: Pets are welcome! (One pet only as per building’s rules) I do not have a pet, but occasionally (2-3 days per month) take care of my family’s well-trained and socialized with other dogs and cats dog - Herbie. Your pet must tolerate him once in a while 🙂 I love animals and don’t mind sharing some care responsibilities as/when needed.

When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy running and climbing through many trails and mountains of our beautiful province, volunteering and spending time with my friends and family. When at home - I love to cook and share an elaborate meal, read all kinds of literature, and occasionally watch a movie.
