ROOM: Your room is 12x10 ft and the closet is very spacious. ABOUT THE UNIT: This is a quieter building, so you must be mindful of that. I rarely run into other tenants but everyone here is super lovely and in their twenties and thirties. This is a 6 unit building built in the 1920s with gorgeous character, high ceilings and is very spacious. The apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, long hallway, coat closet, linen closet and front and back door entrances. The building where we do laundry has a large & lush communal outdoor space. It’s a great place to read a book, have your morning coffee, garden, etc.

ABOUT ME: I’m a 31 year old young professional in the hospitality industry so my schedule varies a lot. I come from an arts background and consider myself to be creative, down-to-earth, open-minded, fairly extroverted but also enjoy my alone time. I enjoy spending time in nature and designing.
