ROOM FOR SUB-LEASE OR ASSIGNMENT The room is located on the main floor of a house. It is a private room with its own private bathroom. Kitchen is shared with one other roommate at the moment but that might change. (Other roommate might be moving out in Feb). Room is fairly big and has a closet and window facing the backyard. Can comfortably fit a double bed, desk, and dresser in the room. Landlords do not live on site but visit from time to time to collect mail etc.

About the roomies

I’m looking to sub-lease or assign my private room in a house until August 15th 2025. Opportunity to extend lease after that date to be discussed with landlords. I am looking at moving for work/school and therefore can’t stay where I am.
