The house is fully furnished (except the bedroom) but there is space to add some furniture. The house features laundry (on the same level as the bedrooms), a big kitchen, and lots of living area. House perks include a full gym in the basement and lots of storage space. Bedrooms are upstairs, and the available room fits a queen bed, and has a big window and full-size closet. Rent (approximately $1200 for rent, utilities, & internet) includes a private bedroom, shared bathroom, and garage parking. Woodlands is a quiet community and the house is within walking distance of Fish Creek Park and shopping (Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, & more). Available February 1st, 2025 but have space for you to move items in sooner!

We are looking for another female roommate! Currently two female professionals and a very cute golden-doodle. Both roommates have full time careers, one works part time at home. Both roommates are active, outdoorsy and like to go out to socialize. We like our home to be clean, quiet, and relaxing and would like a roommate with the same values.
