There are two private (locks on doors) suites, both containing their own private ensuite washrooms. The two suites are separated by a galley kitchen. The other suite is taken by a great woman who has been here over a year. She works 10- 7, quiet, and kind hearted would best describe her. The furnished kitchen is the only thing that’s shared with her. The large private suite with ensuite washroom w/ shower, is furnished with everything in the pictures, including the daybed that slides open to king size and smart tv. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, one parking space, furnished outdoor balcony, and coin laundry on site. $1250.00 per month, 6 months minimum and month to month afterwards.
