The other suite is taken by a great woman who has been here over a year. She works 10- 7, quiet, and kind hearted would best describe her. The kitchen is the only thing that’s shared with her. The large private suite with ensuite washroom w/ shower, is furnished with everything in the pictures. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, one parking space, furnished outdoor balcony, and coin laundry on site. $1255.00 per month, 6 months minimum and month to month afterwards.
