Great location on Dufferin and Dundas, you are close to everything. 30 mins streetcar ride to TMU and 7 mins bus ride to subway, dufferin mall is a 20 mins walk away and even shorter with the bus. There are two rooms available right now, and one of them has a sliding door.

The rooms are listed as unfurnished but you can buy the bed(Twin XL) and possibly a dresser from my current roommates. Let me know if you are interested.

Rent is $2600 for the whole unit, this is split among roommates. Bills included but internet is separate, we would outsource that and split the bill(budget for that would be $40 each).

I am a 22 years old university student. I go to TMU and also work a full time night shift. I am a pretty simple and outgoing person. I don’t mind people coming or sleeping over as long as they are respectful of the space as my boyfriend will also sleep about 2-3 times a month. Also, I love being friends with my roommates and possibly hanging out and doing things together but if that’s not your goal then it’s also fine by me.
