Located on the same street as the Oceanside Health Centre and close to the main bus route through Parksville and to Nanaimo it is walking distance to all amenities like shopping, groceries, restaurants! The Condo building is quiet neighbors in a quiet and neighborhood. Must love Cats as Lucy and Paul live here! Clean, tidy, cozy and beautiful shared space. Internet & Utilities included and the private room is semi-furnished with a desk, night table and has a queen bed in it to use. I’ve lived on the Island for 11 years now :) I love the Ocean and the beauty that surrounds it, and try to get outside as much as I can. I have a very full life as I work and go to school. I do enjoy going out every once and awhile however I also enjoy my home and my cats.

Lucy and Paul live here! Must enjoy cats as they are always here and spoiled. :) Playful and curious however love their space.
