FLEXIBLE MOVE IN DATE! Looking to transfer my previous roommates lease. Spacious bedroom available in our 5 1/2 cote des neiges apartment. We are located directly in front of UdeM metro station in a great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores are available in walking distance. Available immediately (50$ deposit required by the landlord for the house key). The lease ends in June but it is possible to stay on next year.

You will be living with Erin (she/her 25), an artist who works from home and Daniel (he/him 21), an engineering student. We are both introverted, calm and keep to our own. We are searching for someone likeminded :) If you have one cat that is fine with us. Our previous roommate owned most of the living room furniture so if you have any with you thats a huge plus! Hydro comes to about 18 to 25$ bimonthly per person. Internet is included in the rent
