Private bedroom available in the Westend in a 3 bedroom shared house. $1500 a month starting February 1st. Sorry, no couples!

We have a room for rent in a shared house located in the middle of the West end, Downtown Vancouver. The room has a large north facing window and can be furnished with a queen size bed and chest of drawers if required. The house has a full kitchen with a brand new dishwasher and cooker. There’s a washer and dryer in the building, and we have under house storage for skis and bikes if you need it. The living room has a giant tv with chrome cast, and we have a large balcony with a bbq. The bathroom is shared with a female. The house is in a central location on Comox and Nicola, minutes walk to English Bay and Robson Street. Rent includes all bills and sometimes meals and beers thrown in there as well. We are looking for someone between the ages of 25-35, who will treat this place as their home. Not a party house and sadly no pets.

The house is occupied by a 35 year old and a 30 year old female who you’d be sharing the bathroom with. April is a journalist who works from home, and Gary works in hospitality and events so he’s usually out in the evenings. We’re centrally located in the middle of the westend, right by the greenhorn cafe. It’s not the same as a regular share house, we all have our own rooms but like to spend time together as well.
