2 bed, 2 bath, ground floor, 850 sq. condo just off 200st @ 56th ave. situated on a quiet crescent close to Langley City. building is 3 years old. laminate and carpet flooring.

The room for rent is furnished with a double bed and has a large closet and nice big window. Renter has their own private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Non-smoking home. I have a small friendly senior dog. So renter needs to like animals. 

Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. And nice patio for sitting outside in the warmer months. 

Electricity (laundry) and internet included.

I am a quiet, middle-aged woman. I own my own business and work from home. I also have a small senior dog. I work 6-7 days per week from my desk in my bedroom, and most evenings I go to the gym.
