House with decent sized yard, on whiffin spit.

House is too big for just me. 1 or 2 rooms available, rent is negotiable based on needs. Lots of recent renovations, new flooring, appliances and more.

Large area for vegetable garden, planning on adding a chicken coop and a few fruit trees in the near future.

I’m recently separated, just starting from scratch again. I work from home quite often, and can be found in the workshop making things or in the kitchen cooking or canning meals.
