My current reduced sublet lease expires on March 31st and the rent price will return to the original price on April 1st. I would like to keep living here so on April 1st, monthly rent for the roommate will increase to $725.00 with all utilities, excluding internet.
I have furnished the living room, dining area and kitchen. I am also paying for internet so this bill would be shared as well.
