Location is key has separate side door entrance for added privacy.
About the roomies
Home owner has the upstairs. Good communication is key. I store some things in basement and need to use the laundry machines. Other then that your domain. Seeking an individual who understands no drama and gets fitting in. Need maturity and common sense. Thank you.
