Looking for a like-minded female roomie to share a cute historic house near downtown. The photos are of the home unfurnished, as I take possession on Feb 1st. There is parking, a yard with gardens, a sunroom, as well as a large basement with multiple closets for personal storage space. The basement also has laundry, an office and a large open space that can be used for projects. I have furniture for the space, excluding the bedroom. I’m also open to rearranging if you have anything you’d like to add. There is an separate suite above the unit rented out to a single guy.

The landlord is very firm on no smoking or vaping on the property.

You would be sharing space with a 32 yr old female who works in Forestry, as well as an older dog.

About me: I’ve recently moved back to the Okanagan. I’m generally a chill, tidy person. I like having a nice space. In my spare time I do a lot of hiking. I’m also into gardening, paddleboarding, all things art, cooking, travelling and spontaneous adventures. I usually do camp work away from home through the summer months.
