The room is cozy and partially furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, and ample closet space, making it perfect for a student or professional. It’s ready for you to make it your own while offering just enough essentials to move in comfortably. Our suite offers a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, and living room, with in-suite laundry for your convenience. The household is quiet, respectful, and LGBTQ+ friendly, and we value creating a space where everyone feels comfortable. Located in downtown Kamloops, this suite is just a 7-10 minute walk from the downtown exchange, bus stops, and all the amenities you need. It’s within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and parks, so you’ll have easy access to everything the city has to offer.

We are two professionals in our mid-twenties who value a relaxed and welcoming home environment. While we work hard during the day, we enjoy playing music, watching TV, and unwinding in the evenings. We keep the space reasonably clean and appreciate a roommate who’s respectful and easygoing.

Our household includes one very loving and vocal cat named Spacoli, who enjoys cuddling and being part of the family. We’re looking for someone around our age who’s tidy, respectful, and comfortable in a laid-back atmosphere.
