Kitchen and living area will be furnished but you have to furnish your room, located in a basement of a 3 storey walk-up building apartment but has huge windows that brings natural lights. Shared washroom, kitchen and living room space. Sleepover and party is not allowed.
This building is well maintained. It’s quiet and clean. There’s a laundry in the building. Close to bus routes, UofA, other schools and 5 minutes drive to downtown. Short walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping amenities and Old Strathcona farmer’s market.
