Roommate(s) Wanted for a Spacious, Friendly Home in Colwood

Hi there! We’re a laid-back and friendly couple (34 years old) looking for two awesome roommates to share our beautiful, large 4-bedroom family home. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood, just a 5-7 minute drive from Westshore Town Centre and all the essentials like grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a gas station. If you’re heading to Royal Roads, it’s a quick 10-minute drive or about 30 minutes by bus—and the nearest bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away!

About the House This is a spacious and cozy home with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable:

Bedrooms: Two rooms available, each bright and welcoming. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The other two bedrooms will be kept for our use.

Bathroom: You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.

Common Areas: Plenty of space in the living and dining areas to relax, plus a deck and a backyard to enjoy some fresh air.

Laundry: A separate laundry room for your convenience.

Storage: Potential access to large storage spaces, including a big garage, for the right roommates.

Parking: On-site parking is available.

About Us We’re a social, outdoorsy couple who enjoy keeping a tidy, peaceful and welcoming home. I work in HR on a hybrid schedule, and my partner is a handyman. We’re into music festivals, concerts, cooking, camping, and getting together with friends. We recently got a canoe and trailer, and we enjoy trying new things. I’ve lived abroad in a few different countries, and we both love meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

We might not be living in the house full-time, so you’d potentially often have the place to yourself or with just one other roommate.

What We’re Looking For We’re hoping to find roommates who are friendly, quiet, respectful, and enjoy a relaxed yet clean home.

A few things to note: Non-smokers only (occasional outdoor cannabis use is fine). Pet-friendly: We may have a cat visiting from time to time, so liking cats is a must! We drink rarely and only socially

Rent & Move-In Details Rent will be the base rate + utilities (hydro, electricity, Wi-Fi). Move-in available from February 15th to March 1st.
