An unfurnished room with a separate washroom is available. The apartment is located in Terwelligar Drive with lots of amenities nearby and a bus stop just across the street. The whole apartment is furnished except the room. Lots of pantry storage, laundry inside and parking available. Looking for a professional or a student who is clean and quiet.
