Big spacious kitchen, living room and huge backyard. In-suite Laundry and WiFi is included in the utilities.
• Main Intersection: Lawrence Ave E and Underhill Drive • Available: 1st of March 2025 (flexible to start later) • Total rent share: CAD 650 per month (including utilities) • No lease- it is month-to-month • Required: First month and last month rent (1300 CAD in total) + 100 CAD refundable deposit. • Need minimum 30-days notice before leaving and your last month rent and utilities (paid in advance at the starting) will be used up of the last month so you don’t need to pay anything after you give the 30-days notice before leaving. • 😊😊😊Please Note: If you want to move in anytime in March-2025, you only need to pay 50 CAD of the utilities for the Month of March-2025 as the rent is already paid by me 😊😊 • Preferably looking for people who are willing to stay long term.
It is a big and spacious room with in-suite double walk in closet and a full bathroom. The room is big enough to fit in 2 king sized beds and 2 desks with enough space left for moving around. The total monthly rent for you would be 650 as we both would be sharing the room of 1300 (all utilities inclusive). You are free to redecorate/personalise as you’d like and can also get dividers (for added privacy) or your own furniture.
No lease agreement, you can leave whenever you want (Please notify 30 days before).
P.S. I can share videos and latest pictures on your number. There are from the previous roommate who left last month.
About me: I am a clean and quiet individual who works from home on some days. I am very respectful of the people I stay with and I am very adjusting as a roommate. I won’t be turning on the lights, playing loud music or vacuuming when you’re sleeping etc. Nobody uses the kitchen much. Move-in date flexible. No lease agreement. I am a clean and quiet individual who sometimes works from home, very respectful of your boundaries and personal space. There are 5 other rooms as its a big bunglow house but everyone is very respectful of your privacy and personal space.
