The apartment has 3 balcony accesses, full gym, pool, sauna and steam room access in the building. It is kitty corner from No Frills and 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Parking available on additional cost. And shared space in the storage locker.

Other roommate is a 28 year old working female. She is neat, chill and enjoys both independent time and social connection. Her work day schedule varies day-to-day and will be in and out of the apartment through the week.
