It’s all the convenience of downtown Kelowna without the noise and hassle. You’re in the brewery district! Restaurants, coffee shops and Tugboat beach are just a short walk away! You’re also only 2km to the base of Knox Mountain park.

The home is built with a modern design with a private rooftop and main floor patio. There’s ample free parking. There is large shared storage in the basement for skis, mountain bikes, winter tires etc.

The room for rent has it’s own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with tub. It can be furnished with a queen but has room for your own king bed. Pets can be negotiable. Price and utilities are negotiable and no fixed-duration stay is required.

I’m a kind, fun and positive mid 20’s working professional and like to keep a great atmosphere in my home. I love socializing and having a good time, but I also appreciate a clean, peaceful and well-maintained space (peaceful is relative only when watching my god awful soccer team on TV).

I love to include my roommate in adventures from skiing, paddleboarding, hiking or other social activities. But if you want to hermit in your bedroom with takeout and ignore my existence, I suppose that’s cool too!

I’m only home about 60% of the time. I also love to travel and can be away for multiple weeks, leaving you the space entirely to yourself. I’m reasonable and easy going but a non-negotiable is a clean and tidy space as a result of my relatively chaotic work life.

I’m happy to have single men, women or couples rent from me, but would require additional rent if you’re coming as a package of two (due to extra space required/utilities used).
