Pierre's room

Condo is walking distance to grocery store and walking trail. The room is unfurnished, fairly large (12x12) and is at the other end of the condo from where I sleep so it is quite private for both of us. Kitchen and bathroom is shared and laundry room is also available for you to use. There is a lot of cupboard and fridge space for you in the kitchen. I am currently replacing bathroom floor and painting bathroom walls. Your room has a new coat of paint.

I am 38, stay at home a lot, enjoy listening to music, and watching YouTube videos. I keep to myself but am respectful. I don’t mind a bit of noise like music or tv but no loud noise at night please. I tend to prefer cleaner environments but cleaning schedule for kitchen and bathroom can be a bit flexible.
