This home checks all the boxes: Nice home in nice neighbourhood. Bright, spacious, tidy. Two living areas (each has a gas fireplace) with the kitchen in between them. Onsite laundry, driveway parking, storage space for bike/kayak, private backyard with deck, workshop in garage, close to bus stop. Gorgeous ocean views, short walk to the beach. Good sight lines of an active eagle’s nest!

Fixed Term (furnished): Minimum 3 months. A great option for someone who is on a fixed-term work contract, attending post-secondary or just moving to the Island, as you have all the amenities of a comfortable home, for a reasonable cost, and I provide bedding, towels, and laundry products.

On-going (furnished/unfurnished). I’m open to a permanent housemate if the match is good for us both. If desired, bedroom and rear living area could be set up with your furniture/decorations.

Couples - I will consider couples, but there is additional rent of $200 per month for a 2nd person

Roomies clean their own space and do 1/2 the cleaning of shared spaces.

Reduced rent available in exchange for additional cleaning/yard work (rent reduction equivalent to $25/hour, up to 8 hours/month).

Sorry, but this home is not suitable for someone with their own pets, who has difficulty with stairs, loves perfume or who smokes cigarettes.

Dishes and cooking implements provided. • Bonus: Love is available almost anytime from the chihuahua and occasionally from the cat.
