Kirsten's room

I am looking to share a 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment with a woman. Please note this posting is for people that are gluten free only as the kitchen is gluten free and I have celiac disease. The move-in date is flexible. This posting will be up until a good match is found. This would be our apartment, not my apartment. The location is excellent and only a 3-minute walk from Christie subway station.

It’s a super clean and quiet building and there is a patio with a hammock. There is also paid laundry in the building. The master bedroom is available and it has a walk-in closet. It is unfurnished. Parking is available. There is also a bike rack at the back of the building. Internet and utilities are extra at approximately $50 per month. First and last, application, credit score and references are required. The rent is $808 per month. The move-in date is flexible, ideally February 1st but anytime before or after is okay. The lease is month-to-month, but this is negotiable.
