Large apartment looking to share the space as a two bedroom, huge washroom with washer and dryer. Large kitchen area with dining room beside. Private room of your own, 2 cats live here they are very gentle and quiet. Room must be kept clean and free of dirty dishes etc.

Average guy working and going to school. Very polite and friendly, and will respect your privacy. No smoking in the unit but if needed there’s a huge yard.
