40 year old female (home owner) and my son is a 3.5 years old who is awesome, quiet, super well mannered and well behaved. Just the two of us who live on the property! I work full time Monday- Friday, I am a Nurse and I enjoy Volleyball, Soccer and Baseball. We are usually away Wed and every other weekend so usually you would have house to yourself those days.
