Public transit is conveniently accessible, with buses that reach Patterson, Metrotown, and Joyce stations within 5–10 minutes and stops located within walking distance.

🛏️ Room Details: The available room is a private 179 sq. ft. bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom upper duplex suite. The room is unfurnished.

🏡 Suite Features: The suite is 1430 sq. ft. upper duplex that includes two skylights for natural lighting and two balconies—one at the front and one at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and has a dining area adjacent to it. Laundry facilities are shared with the tenants in the basement.

🅿️ Parking & Storage: The unit includes parking, and storage space is also available for your convenience.

💲 Rent & Utilities: The rent is $900 per month, with hydro and gas as additional costs. The lease is month-to-month, with a minimum stay of three months. Internet and household supplies are shared costs among the tenants. A security deposit equal to half a month’s rent is required.

🚫 House Rules: We maintain a clean and respectful environment. Pets, smoking, drugs, and binge drinking are not allowed. All tenants must be fully vaccinated, and references will be required during the application process.
