Large room for rent ! Looking for a roommate to share our 2 bedroom,1.5 bathroom laneway house located in the safe, quiet Killarney area off East 49th Avenue
$1350/month rent plus Security deposit. Includes utilities,internet, dishwasher, laundry and balcony.
Available Feb 1st . References and proof of income required.Sorry no couples!
Close to major bus routes : the 49 bus route to Metrotown/UBC, the 26 Joyce/29 avenue station, 430 (express bus to Metrotown/Richmond, the 20 Victoria/Downtown. Near grocery stores and all amenities , also close to Killarney Community Centre and Central Park.
The room is unfurnished with a private balcony . There is a small closet /storage space area where a closet rack can be installed ( we don’t mind doing this beforehand ) Must love cats! We have a black cat who is very friendly and curious with a big personality!
The ideal roommate will be: someone who has a full time job /student ,NON SMOKING, not a party person,no drama, and who will keep the common areas clean .A mature,responsible and respectful person

Who we are : We are a couple in our 30s, we both work full time in construction Monday to Friday so we arent home till evening time and after the gym.When we are home we enjoy cooking ,reading , listening to music,hanging with our kitty ,relaxing and watching Netflix
