Private room in a spacious 1200 sqft property with a shared upstairs bathroom (half bath downstairs). Large living space with cozy/artsy vibes and a well-stocked kitchen. Five minute walk to trails so great if you like to get some fresh air. At the bottom of SFU, 5 minute walk to the bus and 25 minute walk to Sperling Skytrain Station. Lots of visitor parking.

I’m a 29 year old woman who is looking for someone who wants to be friends and housemmates. Open to animals. I love Saturday morning breakfasts, hosting dinners and going to church on Sundays. Also down for exploring the mountains on the weekends. I bake sourdough bread weekly so I am sure my housemate would get her fair share.

House is clean and happy to chat about splitting up duties. Also open to short-term stays.
