The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a basement. The room that is to be rented is located downstairs, the other 3 rooms of the housemates are upstairs. Each floor has a separate bathroom so it’s like having it’s own bathroom. Kitchen is nice and spacious and has every essential cooking utensils. The house comes with a washer and dryer and 3 nice female housemates. We currently do not really engage in activities together because we’re all busy with work/studying but I’m sure they would be open for activities together.
The housemates will be 3 females in their 20’s. They’re all really nice and respectful. We share the kitchen and living room and have a weekly schedule for cleaning tasks around the house so it stays clean. Please feel free to ask any other questions the housemates.
