London, ON Move in date: August 1 onward (inquire about sooner if interested), lease until June 15, 2020 Property: Very spacious, especially the living room, including a small balcony. 1 Bathroom, fully equipped, Laundry is within the building. No AC or dishwasher. Parking included. Outdoor Pool. I have little furniture but will gather some soon. Feel free to bring any furniture you like.

About me: I’m a 24yo UWO MSc grad working in London. I’m clean and easygoing but prefer roommates who are tidy and quiet (on weeknights). I have no pets but would be alright with a cat, and I am usually gone on weekends.

I am looking for someone who: (requirements from the rental company:) Can pass a credit check Can provide a reference from a landlord Is employed (including paid thesis-based graduate students). (My own interests:) Is easygoing, friendly, clean and quiet enough on weeknights (but OK with fun on weekends).
