About the room
Great location in the Sunnyside community. 5 min walk to Sunnyside station which means really close to Kensington and Prince’s Park. Close access to Rosedale park for a beautiful view of the city. There are bus stops nearby too, but if you drive, we have a designated parking spot. It is a adult building so no kids.
Heat and water included in the rent. Internet and electricity will be split 3 ways. Internet is $17.50/month while electricity is about $10-30 per month depending on the season.
Shared laundry in the building, and it’s cashless so you won’t have to worry about looking for spare change, you just pay through the app.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the building as they want it to be quiet.
The room listed is unfurnished, very spacious with large closet space (if that counts to something).
Overall, this is the best deal out there especially around Sunnyside/Kensington area. Early move in may be possible with no extra charges!

About the roomies
Ideal roommate will replace me in the lease. You will share the apartment with 2 other young ladies. They are very respectful and tidy. Everyone has a private room, but will share the kitchen and bathroom. We do have a clean as you go kitchen rule so it’s important to clean after you use the kitchen.
We are looking for female roomie only so there’s less conflict and whatnot. We need someone who can pay the rent and deposit with no problem and in a timely manner so there’s less conflict. Rent usually will include $650 + internet and electricity. Of course, someone who’s also friendly, can be easy to get along with, responsible, respectful, not too loud, and tidy.
