Great location in the Sunnyside community. 5 min walk to Sunnyside station which means really close to Downtown, Kensington and Prince’s Park. Close access to Rosedale park for a beautiful view of the city. There are bus stops nearby too, but if you drive, we have a designated parking spot. It is a adult building so no kids.

Heat and water included in the rent. Internet and electricity will be split 3 ways. Internet is $17.50/month while electricity is about $10-30 per month depending on the season.

Shared laundry in the building, and it’s cashless so you won’t have to worry about looking for spare change, you just pay through the app.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the building as they want it to be quiet.

The room listed is unfurnished, very spacious with large closet space (if that counts to something).

Overall, this is the best deal out there especially around Sunnyside/Kensington area. Early move in may be possible with no extra charges!

The ideal roommate will replace me in the lease. So to be clear, there is 1 lease which will be divided by 3 people and I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease.

You will share the apartment with 2 other young ladies (Late 20’s). They are very respectful, easygoing and tidy. Everyone has a private room, but will share the kitchen and bathroom. We do have a clean as you go kitchen rule so it’s important to clean after you use the kitchen.

We are looking for female roomie only as preferred by the girls. We need someone who can pay the rent and deposit with no problem and in a timely manner. Rent usually will include $700 + internet and electricity. Security deposit will just be 650. Of course, someone who’s also friendly, can be easy to get along with, responsible, respectful, not too loud, and tidy.
