About the room
Beautiful furnished home with an upstairs unfurnished private room available. The room is 12 feet squared with a large built in closet. The home also offers a huge amount of closet space throughout the house.
The house is clean, quiet, has washer/dryer and dishwasher. It has parking in the driveway, and has a nice little view of downtown, which is about a 45 min walk away.
The house has two full bathrooms to share, and three levels including a fully renovated basement ready to be a second common space for all housemates. There’s lots of space for those who work from home and for a second lounge/hangout space.
Bills and responsibilities are shared amongst the housemates.

About the roomies
The house currently has 4 housemates (one couple and two single roommates) and all are members of the LGBTQ community in there 30s.
Everyone are working professionals with some working remotely and in office/onsite with varied schedules.
Our preference would be to have someone from the community or ally.
