• I am the long term lease holder, and live/sleep, study and work in the separate bedroom.

Older dude. Easy going. Cool and chill. Used to work in entertainment productions and now super busy switching careers. When the room is rented I do not bring guests over out of respect for the guests’s privacy and comfort and expect the same.
