This room is located on the upper level of this character home in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd.
This room is furnished with a queen size orthopedic mattress, a set of Fruitwood antique furniture with 2 night tables. 2 night lamps, 2 antique dressers, a tall mirror. One study desk and chair, one rattan chair and an industrial clothes rack. The room has many windows with views to the yard and sunset. A couple of Blue jays may visit the tree branches near the window sometimes.
The monthly rent fee for this room is $1200CAD (single occupancy). NO SLEEP OVERS. $100 per month for 1 car parking, if needed.
The bathroom on the upper floor is shared amongst 2 other people. One person per room. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper floor.
The house is very charming with its wood details and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :)
Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, BELL fibe wifi . Access to laundry room.
Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.
Busy Bloor West Village and the Junction are a 5 minute bus ride.
